The Griffin all-in-one adjustable bench is the bench that truly does it all. With a solid steel bolted ladder, this bench has many configurations including laying completely flat, incline, decline, and every angle in between.

Our Griffin all-in-one adjustable bench is a versatile piece of equipment for any gym. Other than a steel base, the bench has a firm 2.5” vinyl pad for cleanliness, support, and comfort––great for dumbbell and barbell work. It also includes a leg attachment that’s great for any ab work. The steel ladder has seven notches (-15, 0, 20, 35, 50, 65, and 85 degrees) for the back pad, while the seat has many adjustment angles as you adjust the back portion.

Second the first review. Awesome bench. Doesn’t wobble one bit while benching heavy weights. To me, this bench is identical to the Rep AB-3000. Welds are significant better though. Also, Would rather have the Griffin name.

Got this bench because REP wouldn’t. It’s the perfect blend of the AB-3000 and AB-3100. So, fully adjustable but with a narrow seat for maximum comfort. Shipping came quick, assembly was just as easy as REP– probably easier due to slightly different included tools. In a side-by-side comparison, this bench sits and feels exactly like a REP bench and sturdy like a rock. Looks like REP just increased their prices, so if you want to save a little and still get a better bench, Griffin all the way.
