Sold in pairs, our top-quality GR3 spotter arms are dependably sturdy. Made of heavy-duty steel and lined with UHMW, our spotters are easily adjustable and are 24” in length. Your rack must be bolted down or have front foot extensions installed to use these outside the rack.

The GR3 spotter arms allow anyone to train with a peace of mind. These are rated for over 800 pounds and are easy to adjust for any height requirements. Most importantly our spotter arms are lined with UHMW plastic, which offers superior barbell protection. The pin design is 1” and is designed for the Griffin GR3 rack.

These are very well built. The UHMW on everything is a great piece of mind to protect the rack. Only suggestion to stand out among the crowd is add uhmw to the end of them but I know this will impact cost.
