Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are more than happy with the items you received. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached and in the original packaging. Any blemished or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Items that are shipped to Canada or any custom orders are all final sale.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
We are not able to proactively refund any differences before or after an order is placed.
Local pickup: pickups must be made within (7) seven days of placing your order. Any cancellations beyond the 7-day timeframe are subject to a restocking fee.
To return an item, reach out [email protected] with your name, order number, and items you would like to return. With the exception of shipping damage, order errors, and/or defective products, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any shipping charges (both to and from) that were incurred on the order are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund. There will also be a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund amount along with the return shipping. Once you submit a return request and receive a return label, you will have 10 days to ship out the item(s).
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 4-7days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
If you received the wrong item in your order or if your order was damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately so that we can direct you on how to return any items to us and we can ship the proper items to you. Be sure to include your name, order number, detailed description of the issue, and any evidence (photos and/or videos) of the incorrect and/or damaged items. Note: photos and/or videos are required to process a return or refund.
