Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are more than happy with the items you received. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached and in the original packaging. Items that are used or damaged may be denied for a refund or exchange.

Items that cannot be returned/refunded:

  • Blemished or sale items
  • Items shipped to Canada
  • Custom orders
  • Gift cards (and also cannot be redeemed for cash)

Local pickup: pickups must be made within (7) seven days of placing your order. Any cancellations beyond the 7-day timeframe are subject to a restocking fee.


To return an item, reach out [email protected] with your name, order number, items you would like to return, and photos/videos (if applicable).

With the exception of shipping damage, order errors, and/or defective products, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any shipping charges (both to and from) that were incurred on the order are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund. There will also be a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund.

Once you submit a return request and receive a return label, you will have (10) ten days to ship out the item(s). After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 4-7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Any items purchased more than 24 hours before or after any promotions will not be adjusted to reflect the promotional discount.


All closeout items are final sale ‘as-is’. These items will not be eligible for a refund and are not covered under warranty.


If you received the wrong item in your order or if your order was damaged during shipment and the damage affects the functionality of the item, please contact us immediately so that we can assist. For freight shipping, please be sure to read the freight guidelines. Please contact us at [email protected] to address these issues. Be sure to include your name, order number, detailed description of the issue, and any evidence (photos and/or videos) of the incorrect and/or damaged items. Note: photos and/or videos are required to process a return, refund, or replacement.
