Some of the items in my order have not been shipped. Should I be concerned?
Please note that due to the current high demand, it is not always possible for us to ship orders complete. However, we want to assure you that no orders are lost, and we are committed to ensuring that you receive all items as ordered. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to be able to use your gear as soon as possible.
My order tracking has not updated. Do I have the correct tracking info?
If you have a tracking number for your order but it is not updating, please allow up to 1 business day after your order shows as shipped for the tracking information to go live from the carrier. Rest assured that your order has been assigned a tracking number at the time it was processed and sent to the warehouse floor for shipping
Can I add items to my order?
We understand that you may wish to add items to your order before it ships. However, please note that at this time, we are unable to make any additions to orders. You can place an separate order for the items you wish to add and we will do our best to ship at the same time.
