What is Black November?
Black November is our biggest sale of the year — a month-long event where the more you build, the more you save. Tiered discounts run from November 1 through December 2, with limited-time product drops and exclusive overstock offers throughout the month.

How do the tiered discounts work?
Your discount automatically increases based on your cart total.
Spend $100+ → 5% off
Spend $250+ → 10% off
Spend $500+ → 15% off
Spend $1,000+ → 20% off
No codes needed. The discount applies automatically at checkout.

Will there be additional deals during the month?
Yes. We’ll feature select limited-time offers on overstock and fan-favorite products throughout November. Quantities are limited, and once an item sells out, it may not return — so don’t wait when you see a drop you want.

Can I stack discounts or use other promo codes?
No. Discounts and codes cannot be combined. Flash sale and overstock items are excluded from additional tiered discounts.

Do I need a discount code?
No code required. All Black November discounts are automatically applied at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping to the continental U.S. (CONUS) on qualifying orders. Freight or oversized items will also ship free to most locations within the continental U.S. For orders outside the U.S. or to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, please email us at team@griffin.fitness for assistance.

Will my order ship right away?
Due to high order volume during Black November, please allow extra time for processing and fulfillment. Most in-stock items ship within 7–10 business days, but freight shipments may take longer. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Can I return or exchange a sale item?
Overstock and Flash Sale items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Standard return policies apply to regularly priced items purchased with tiered discounts.

What if something I want goes out of stock?
Many Black November deals are limited and will not be restocked during the event. If something sells out, sign up for restock alerts on the product page to be notified when it returns.

Will I get a confirmation or tracking email?
Yes. You’ll receive an order confirmation email right after checkout and a separate tracking email once your order ships.

Can I get a price adjustment if an item I bought goes on sale later?
Orders placed before or outside of an active promotion are not eligible for retroactive discounts or price adjustments. Because Black November pricing changes frequently throughout the month, we’re unable to refund the difference if an item you purchased later goes on sale. We recommend keeping an eye on current promotions and ordering when the offer best fits your setup.

When does Black November end?
The sale officially ends Tuesday, December 2 at 11:59 PM PST. After that, all pricing returns to standard retail.

Who can I contact for help with my order?
Our support team is here to help. Email team@griffin.fitness with your order number, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Carriers may deliver your order curbside without requiring your presence. However, we recommend monitoring tracking details to ensure someone is available to sign.
• The driver may bring the shipment up your driveway or into a garage at their discretion, but cannot move it into your home or other property areas, unpack items, or assist with assembly.
• Freight deliveries are made with a 60ft truck; if this may be an issue in your area, contact us promptly to discuss alternate arrangements.
• If you need to make delivery changes after the order has shipped, fees may apply, and we’ll confirm any costs with you before proceeding. Changes may include: Delivery Address Change or Shipment Re-Route, Re-Delivery of Shipment, Extended Storage at Carrier Distribution Center for Later Delivery

I Only Received Part of My Order. Where Is the Rest?
If your order shipped via UPS, it may arrive in separate packages under one tracking number. Visit the UPS website, input your tracking number, and scroll to “Other Packages in this Shipment” to view additional tracking details. If items are still missing, contact us at team@griffin.fitness.

Do You Offer International Shipping?
Currently, we ship only within the continental United States but plan to expand in the future. Due to logistical challenges, we currently ship only within the lower 48 states. Returns and warranties are limited to items shipped within our service areas.

Local Pickup Discounts
Discounts are available for pickup orders. We are proud to offer 15% off local pickup orders.

For local pickup, place your order online, select “Local Pickup,” and schedule an appointment.

Do You Ship to PO/APO Addresses?
Our carriers do not deliver to PO/APO boxes. If needed, we recommend arranging a delivery hold at a nearby UPS location. Reach out to our support team at team@griffin.fitness for assistance.
