If your Griffin Fitness product isn’t performing as expected due to defects in materials or workmanship, we’re here to help. We stand behind our products and are committed to making things right.

During the claims process, please note that product replacements under warranty are at Griffin Fitness’s discretion. Our warranties don’t cover normal wear and tear, and any modifications or repairs done outside of Griffin Fitness will void warranty coverage. Warranties may also be voided if damage occurs due to improper use, maintenance, or storage (e.g., storing items outdoors). Additionally, Griffin Fitness products are not guaranteed to be compatible with those from other brands, and using them together may void your warranty.

Improper or negligent use includes excessive dropping of the bar, such as dropping it onto surfaces like a box, bench, spotter arms, or rack pins, or using it repeatedly with insufficient or damaged bumpers, iron plates, or on concrete.
