Returns and CANCELLATIONS
Returns:
If you’re not completely satisfied with your Griffin Fitness product, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Please contact us at [email protected] to start the return process. You’ll receive a Return Shipping Label (if you aren’t using your own) and a Return Authorization document, which should be printed and attached to your return package. Note that returns must be sent back within 30 days, or the shipping label will expire, and the return will be closed.
A Return Shipping Fee will be deducted from your refund, and a 15% restocking fee applies if items aren’t unopened and unused or are incomplete (e.g., missing hardware). We’ll discuss any applicable fees with you before finalizing your return.
Used or damaged items may not qualify for a refund. All clearance items are sold “as-is” and are nonrefundable.
Refunds:
Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed once it arrives at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, typically appearing within 24-48 hours after processing. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Any items purchased more than 24 hours before or after any promotions will not be adjusted to reflect the promotional discount.
Cancellations:
To cancel or modify your order, reach out to us at [email protected] with “CANCEL” in the subject line. While we strive to accommodate changes, once an order is in fulfillment, it may be too late to cancel or edit.
Shipping:
Griffin Fitness proudly offers Free Shipping on all online orders!
In some cases, shipping-related fees may apply. For address changes, re-delivery, re-routing, or extended storage requests, email us at [email protected]. If the order has already left our warehouse, carrier fees may apply and will be collected before the request is completed.
Final Sale Items:
All closeout/last chance items are final sale ‘as-is’. These items will not be eligible for a refund and are not covered under warranty.
