Additional warranty information can be found on each product page of the Griffin website. If for any reason your product’s performance is compromised due to manufacturer defects in workmanship or material, our warranty can cover such issues. While we proudly stand behind our products and conduct quality control checks on every order that goes out, we always want to make it right for our customers. In this situation, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject of “warranty”, include the issue, order number, and our team will take a careful look. Warranty coverage will only cover the original purchaser and is non-transferrable.
For any warranty claims, we do want our customers to know and understand that any warranted products are replaced at Griffin’s discretion. Normal or unusual wear and tear on products do not qualify for warranty coverage. This also includes any products that have been modified, repaired, customized, or damaged due to abuse, negligent use, storage, maintenance, or handling. We define negligent or wrongful as excessive force used and excessive dropping of the product on contraptions such as concrete floors, spotter arms, benches, boxes, pin/pipe safeties, as well as using damaged equipment that could potentially damage the product being claimed.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Griffin Fitness will cover our products under warranty for defects in material, workmanship, and functionality for the lifetime of the product. Lifetime warranty ends when the product becomes unusable for reasons outside of manufacturer defects. For barbells, warranty does not cover basic barbell maintenance. At this time, warranty is only guaranteed to the continental United States.

THE PROVISIONS OF THIS WARRANTY ARE IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WRITTEN OR ORAL. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO EXPRESS WARRANTY, IMPLIED WARRANTY, WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT. WE NEITHER ASSUME NOR AUTHORIZE ANY OTHER PERSON TO ASSUME FOR US ANY OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF OUR PRODUCTS.
