Griffin Adjustable Lever Arms 2.0

Honestly, I was skeptical after seeing the GGR review but they couldn’t have been more off. The Lever Arms move smooth, stay balanced, and the build quality is everything you’d expect from REP or Rogue. I use them for presses, rows, RDLs, and belt squats every week, and they’ve been flawless. This is hands-down the most versatile attachment I own. They can be heavy but they are manageable. Highly recommend adding them to any home gym setup.

So much better than expected, way better than the Garage Gym Reviews gives credit. Maybe he has forgotten what its like to pay for this stuff. I feel like I got great quality for the price. Using with a Titan X3 rack. They called me before shipping to verify what I was using them on and adjusted the shims accordingly. The fit is as good as it could be, any tighter it would never move. Yes they have some weight but more than manageable. Operation is smooth, locking holes are conveniently placed, more holes are not needed. Really happy with these, I never write reviews for anything, I don't feel like they got the credit they deserve.

I absolutely love these lever arms! I've been hesitant to get a set a lever arms because most seem like you need to spend extra on additional accessories for them to be truly functional. These slide up and down wonderfully, lock vertically in the positions you'd need them to and and pivot horizontally adding full range of movement. They've quickly become a go-to for many of my exercises, especially replacing heavy dumbbell lifts with these since I don't have dumbbells that go high enough. Can't recommend these enough.

I purchased these Griffin Adjustable Lever Arms and have been using them for about a month now. I bought other options before from other companies and to me this are the best bang for the buck and other options come no where near the full capabilities, unless someone would choose to buy a after market add on attachments to have them function the way the Griffin Adjustable Lever Arms already do for a way better cost. Trust me the 3" x 3" racks are the way to go and the versatility these have make machine strength training features with seemingly loads of exercises to accomplish. I highly recommended the Griffin Adjustable Lever Arms. These for me work wonderfully and for a powerlifter who has competed over 20 times, a personal trainer with over 15 years experience, and someone who has built serval home and commercial gyms these are very well quality built.

The updated lever arms are a huge improvement over the original version. The articulation is amazing, and the 5 pin placements for different starting heights is really nice. The trolley is not too bad to adjust up and down, and the possibilities are endless with the different machine exercises that can be replicated. Griffin really came through with making the necessary improvements and getting the new model shipped out to everyone.
