GR3 Dip Attachment

I was a little hesitant about buying this because I have never seen a Griffin Fitness product except online. My power rack is a hybrid of Rogue Monster and Sorinex stuff because I preferred Rogue's offset holes and Sorinex's crossmember width. I mention this because I tend not to compromise on gym equipment and strongly considered getting a Rogue dip attachment. But didn't like the storage options and removable pin on the Matador so it came down to the Mutant Metals or this. This one has thicker handles, it's simpler which I liked, it had the same storage position, and it's cheap so if I didn't like it I'd have fipped it bought the MM one. But I won't. It fit's my Monster Rack's uprights well, feels solid and stable, and the handles are comfortable. The MIG welds are clean if not beautiful and the powder coat is well done. Bottom line is turned out to be a shockingly nice dip attachment for the money. I'd recommend it for any 3×3 rack with 1" holes.

Absolutely great dip bar for me! Narrow space between handles may be a problem for the girthy/wide body types but for me it's perfect. Handles are the best part I thought having thick handles would make it uncomfortable but it's the complete opposite! My old dip station had about 1" handle bars and I need padded gloves or else my palm and wrist would hurt but not so with these dip bar handles! Can be reverse mounted so you can store your dip bar on any of the posts! I have front feet attachments so I mount the dip bar on the front facing (front feet facing) post and absolutely ZERO stability issues. Mounting on the sides, however, I would prefer not over the fronts. The most important aspect of this dip bar from the rep fitness and titan/rogue is that there is zero wiggle/rattling. The UHMW is on all sides and there is absolutely zero mm gaps therefore NO SHAKING/RATTLING at all! Well built and will last forever.

Feels great, love the thick handles. I'm about 5'10 250 and it holds me with no worry. You can play with hand position whether you're looking for more chest or triceps

Great dip attachment for the rack. Easy to store and setup. My one complaint would be the handles are a little narrow.

This is a well built, sturdy dip bar. It is designed to be stored vertically on the rack with the handles facing down, which is very convenient. It fits a rogue monster rack. It is a very tight fit and needs to be pushed into place, but this is not an issue for me.
