Sold in pairs, our top-quality GR3 Lite spotter arms are dependably sturdy. Made of heavy-duty steel and lined with UHMW, our spotters are easily adjustable and are 24” in length. Your rack must be bolted down or have front foot extensions installed to use these outside the rack.

The GR3 Lite spotter arms allow anyone to train with a peace of mind. These are rated for over 800 pounds and are easy to adjust for any height requirements. Most importantly our spotter arms are lined with UHMW plastic, which offers superior barbell protection. The pin design is 5/8” and is designed for the Griffin GR3 rack.

I built a custom rack and the company didn’t have any spotter arms. I remembered Griffin and checked their site. Thankfully, you had them in stock. These are beasts! I’m super impressed with how heavy duty they look and feel. They have some serious weight to them and look like I could drop a heavy load and easily take it. The lining is thick, the inside of the pin arms are lined as to not scratch your uprights. I love that they have numbered holes too – it makes it easier to line up for attachments. The matte black matches the matte black cross-members I have perfectly. I think the best feature is how well these look – they look bad in the best way possibly and really complete the look of my rack. I’m super impressed.

Functionally 5/5, very sturdy, heavy-duty, I trust these completely to catch the bar. UHMW where it matters to protect the bar, and importantly UHMW to protect your rack where it attaches. Very easy to remove and attatch, no external pins to bother with. I do wish it had a face-protecting ramp at the rack end like some other spotter arms do. Aesthetically it just doesn’t look that good compared to the fantastic looks of Griffin racks and benches. It looks blocky and there is white plastic (adhesive?) material that sticks out from beneath the UMHW that I trimmed with a box-cutter but still sticks out and makes it look cheap.
